NEW IDENTIFICATION CARDS

As a result of the benefit changes on the CEBT medical plans effective July 1, 2007, new Identification Cards are being issued. The cards are being sent to the home address that is on file for the members.

SPECIALITY PHARMACY

Effective July 1, 2007 CEBT will require that some specialty prescription drugs be filled through Caremark’s Specialty pharmacy. The medication will be shipped overnight to the member’s home address, doctor’s office or hospital facilities that will administering the medication. Letters explaining this change have been sent to the individuals that will need to make a changed.
